Aerosprays has the capacity, depending upon the type of
seal required and plastic material utilized, to complete
approximately 9,000 to 29,000
clamshells per 8 hour period
and/or approximately 6,000 to 9,000 shrink
wrap packages per 8 hour period.

Aerosprays utilizes 2 heavy-duty
4 station rotary
Radio-Frequency Sealers to
complete clamshell packaging
for its customers, as well
as 2 heat-shrink
tunnels to complete shrink wrap packaging.

Customers may utilize this service independent of any filling
or other service rendered by Aerosprays.
